You support our team as
SCM Project Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for the Project Management of special SCM Projects in the region Eg.
Supplier Relocation, Major VAVE initiatives
Accountable from project kickoff to start of production.
Accountable for project in terms of Quality, Cost and Timing.
Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones, set priorities.
Ensure effective communication within the project team, execute regular project reviews.
Resource management, risk management and escalation in case of problem threatening the project.
Working on continuous improvements of process for supplier transfer.
Interact professionally with management and other stakeholders, regularly providing management summaries .
Compliance with Game Rules, signature directives, VC Quality Management System and VC standards in Purchasing.
Identify the cost saving projects to contribute SCM saving goals.
Support development of the Value Management processes.
Challenge continuously the supplier cost structure.
Support Value Management team to organize Tech Days at Vibracoustic Tech Centers.
Qualifications
BS in Mechanical Engineering & Business Administration or degree in Mechanical Engineering with additional qualification and focus on production technology or several years of experience working as Cost Analyst, Cost Calculator, or Cost Controller in the production of one of our main commodities.
Five years’ experience with value management/cost engineering (preferably Automotive).
Strong knowledge of production processes of purchased components.
Project management, and negotiating experience.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Processes and SAP
