You support our team as Application Team Leader Responsibilities You define and execute the customer strategy to win new business and to ensure long-term sustainable and profitable growth It's your responsibility to lead and develop your Application Team to achieve best-in-class results You establish as key contact for the customer's Engineering teams and you maintain close relationship You are responsible for effective project and cost management in all project phases to successfully launch products to customer Collaborating with product and process development on innovation projects is also part of your tasks Qualifications You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical field Your strong project management know-how enables you to successfully execute customer projects over lifecycle As an experienced team leader you know how to manage a technical team across different regions and cultures With your analytical thinking you are able to analyze and solve technical problems To ensure effective team performance you are proficient in conflict and change management and you bring strong communication skills Fluent English skills to collaborate with your international team colleagues complete your profile Some of your Benefits Vacation Vacation: We offer time off to refresh and recharge.
