Responsibilities
Realize acquisition and manage the product development of target projects.
Lead the APQP process with milestone quality for the respective projects.
Carry out technical presentations at customers.
Build up and develop contact to all technical functions of the customers.
Plan/control/adhere to budgets for all customer projects.
Follow the VA/VE targets for Business Area Chassis.
Monitor and assure profitability of respective projects for lifecycle.
Ensure trouble free launch of new Chassis parts.
Initiate and run change management.
Execute the review of contracts (SOW, ES/TS, and DVP) and involve relevant departments.
Solve and communicate development related customer concerns (time, quality, and cost) and support problem-solving of serial production quality issues.
Qualifications
BS/Masters in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
Project management experience.
Four to six years of experience with Chassis NVH products.
Strong presentation, organization, problem solving, and communication skills required.
