The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support to the Corporate office and Operations teams.
The support includes but is not limited to ad hoc reporting and analyses, developing presentations, administering information and data, and general office responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities Prepares and generates regular Operations reports.
Maintains various documentation for operations, and facilities as requested.
Coordinates with vendors for various supplies orders and or vendors or equipment as required, maintaining necessary stock of relevant supplies while maintaining company compliance with outlined budgetary constraints, collaborating with designated Supervisor when needed.
Scans items into document management system as directed per policy based on the project at hand.
Assists with variety of projects as requested.
May assist with incoming and outgoing mail according to internal control policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required) 18 Years or older High School Diploma or GED Functional knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Capability to communicate efficiently with all levels of employees, management, customers, and vendors both verbally and in written form.
Capacity to multi-task with speed and accuracy while prioritizing tasks and ability to maintain excellent organizational skills.
Aptitude for maintaining confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Some college preferred with emphasis on business administration or finance.
Two to three years’ experience in administrative support field.
Ability to communicate in Spanish Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
