Hope & Wholeness Psychology Center (HWPC) is a growing private practice with current locations in Holland, Jenison, and Muskegon.
Hope & Wholeness is seeking an experienced mental health professional who is willing to fill a position of Team Leader/Site Supervisor at a new office location.
We are currently in the planning stages for planting and office in Allegan and/or Hamilton.
We would also be open to planting offices in other locations in West Michigan.
This is a full-time position with options to be a contractor (1099) or employee (W2).
HWPC considers the therapists under it's roof to be its most precious assets.
We aim to take care of our clinicians first and provide a work environment that is totally independent, while also having support and comradery with like-minded colleagues.
Furthermore, we have very favorable pay for outstanding clinicians when compared with most other private practices.
However, our ultimate goal is for all therapists to find a work environment where they can be at their best and provide effective and excellent services.

*HWPC therapists create their own schedules* and *flexible contract or employee options are available*.
This position will have a primary location in Allegan or the area chosen to plant a new office.
However, doing 1-2 days per week at another office or working from home (telehealth) are very possible.
There will be the opportunity to furnish and decorate your own office if you would like.
If not, we will take care of it for you! At least 1 evening per week is strongly encouraged.
In general, fully licensed clinicians start at a 70/30 split with a monthly bonus for meeting productivity goals.
The Allegan Team Leader would also get a percentage of revenue generated by the entire Allegan location.

The Team Leader position at the proposed Allegan clinic would include primarily clinical work (approximately 75%), but also have an emphasis on outreach/marketing (with support/guidance from clinical director), supervision/oversight, hiring, strategy, and administrative duties related to the Allegan clinic.
Hope & Wholeness is seeking a therapist with interest and specialized training in providing couples counseling, PTSD treatment, Psychological Testing, and/or Child/family services.
A therapist/psychologist with formal training and experience in one of the following areas would be highly valued:
Infant Mental Health
Play Therapy
TF-CBT
Cognitive Processing Therapy
EMDR
Prolonged Exposure
Emotion focused couples counseling
Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy
Gottman method
ADHD Testing
Biofeedback
Neurofeedback
Personality Testing
A person who is self-motivated, passionate, independent, and always looking to learn would be an excellent candidate.
There are opportunities for engaging in clinical supervision, professional development, community outreach, and leadership/promotion.
Looking for _*fully*_ licensed professional: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Master Social Worker.
