Automotive Dealership Service Manager

McFadden Friendly Motor’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram of South Haven, Michigan wants to hire a motivated Service Manager, to lead, direct and work with our service team in consistently satisfying our customer’s needs.
*Responsibilities include oversee and ensure:* - Customer service calls are promptly and professionally answered.
- Customers are promptly greeted.
- Customers are written up, documenting customers requested service & repair needs.
- Work is properly dispatched to technicians.
- Additional needed repairs and maintenance are recommended to customers.
- Parts are promptly and efficiently sourced for maintenance and repair work.
- Repair orders are closed in a timely fashion.
- Customers are notified of vehicle completion.
