OvertureXL is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric or Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team.
The RN will play a crucial role in providing support and advocacy for individuals facing mental health challenges.
Whether you are Psych RN or Behavioral Health RN you possess equivalent experience, your dedication to promoting mental well-being will contribute significantly to the individuals we serve.
Compensation and Shifts: * Pay Rate: $28.
90 - $41.
00 (based on experience) * Salary Range: $60,113 - $85,280 (based on a 40-hour work week) * Shift Differentials: 7am-3pm: Saturday & Sunday at $1.
25 extra per hour, 3pm-11pm: Monday – Thursday at $2.
00 extra per hour, 3pm-11pm: Friday – Sunday at $3.
00 extra per hour, 11pm-7am: Monday – Thursday at $4.
00 extra per hour, 11pm-7am: Friday – Sunday at $5.
00 extra per hour * $8,000 - $12,000 Sign-on Bonus available * Medical/Dental * Paid time off * Sick time *Duties/Responsibilities:* * Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate care plans.
* Provide individual and group counseling to address mental health concerns and promote well-being.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
* Advocate for clients' rights and access to mental health resources and services.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
*Qualifications/Requirements:* * 2-5+ years of experience as a Psych or Behavioral Health RN professional.
New grads can be considered but would prefer Psych or ED experience.
* A bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology would be a plus.
* A licensed RN with an active nurse license in the state you will perform care.
* Experience working in mental health settings, from acute care level of emergency setting to Psychiatric mental health facility.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
