The Quality Compliance Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable internal and external standards for infant formula production.
This position actively partners with Operations, Maintenance and other support teams to provide training, support and education and coaching to Team Members and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
• Interact daily with the end-user of quality systems, including Operations, Maintenance, and other plan support teams, to provide training, coaching and support to ensure 100% adherence to requirements.
• Perform internal audits of on-line quality processes including GMPs, GDPs, and cleaning processes.
• Facilitate investigation of product quality nonconformances, including follow-up and tracking of corrective actions through implementation with stakeholders and relevant internal teams.
• Perform effectiveness checks of implemented corrective actions
• Facilitate product consumer complaint investigations
• Support communication and implementation of Reckitt Quality and Food Safety requirements.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of quality systems procedures and protocols.
• Support product and process qualifications
• Review and verify Quality key performance indicators to ensure effective utilization of QMS.
• Communicate directly with management and other departments on potential quality issues through prompt and detailed verbal and written communication utilizing established escalation processes.
Qualifications
• Minimum of a BA or BS degree, preferably in science or business administration, or relevant experience
• 3+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control Systems in regulated environment with previous leadership experience preferred.
• HACCP knowledge required.
• FSPCA certification desired.
• Must be quality focused and detail oriented.
• Must produce a high caliber of work and exhibit an exceptional level of detail and accuracy.
• Must possess ability to interpret both analytical and microbiological laboratory data.
• Must possess the competence to perform tasks requiring analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to influence others both within and outside of our organization.
• Must demonstrate outstanding teamwork in interacting with other team members, to create a teamwork-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving, decision making and computer proficiency
• Experienced in Good Documentation Practices.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously.
Demonstrates ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with laboratory information management systems and inventory management systems is preferred.
