Looking to rent a one or two bedroom starter home, or a mobile home on land.
Not interested in financing, or purchasing, just renting.
I have Excellent rental history, always on time with monthly rent.
For one person, no pets.
Can't exceed over 1,400.
Must be well kept and clean, and able to pass housing inspection.
