One of the country's fastest growing companies, Roof Maxx is right here in Holland, Michigan.
Job responsibilities include performing and presenting roof condition assessments, and performing the application of Roof Maxx shingle rejuvenation solution on roofs.
If you're a roofer, this job may be for you! No heavy lifting of shingles and back straining of installing shingles.
You will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance.
Roofing experience is not necessary, but is a plus.
This is an opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the success of our company.
This job includes the use of a brand new company van to provide our services and is provided with gasoline to get from job to job.
Prior experience as a roofer is a plus.
Duties: - Oversee and perform the roof rejuvenation process from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications - Collaborate with company owner to develop project plans and schedules - Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets industry standards and client expectations - Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Skills: - Physical ability and confidence to access roofs via ladder systems and walk safely with OSHA safety harnesses on roofs to gain access for spraying Roof Maxx solution and roof cleaning solutions - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and suppliers This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled roofer or motivated individual to contribute their expertise to our dynamic team.
