Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage crews of 1-2 people
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with project manager to ensure smooth project execution
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and OSHA standards on job sites
- Provide leadership, training, and coaching to crew members
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control, customer satisfaction, and adherence to project requirements
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, including accurate travel logs, expense receipts, approve crew hours, etc.

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscaping, irrigation, hardscaping or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Equipment experience: mini/compact track loaders and mini excavators
- Experience with plantings, patios/retaining walls, garden construction, irrigation design, install, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, permits, and contracts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- CDL-B is helpful
- Bilingual is helpful
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract management
Note: This is not an entry-level position.
Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
