We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Manager to join our eoStar division.
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, driving the adoption of our route accounting software, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
You will collaborate closely with our sales, implementation, support, and development teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with assigned accounts, understanding their unique business needs, goals, and challenges
Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and proactive communication
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and adoption of our route accounting software
Escalate and help resolve customer issues by taking ownership of technical issue escalation, responding in a timely manner, and working with cross-functional teams to understand root causes and remediation plans to address client issues
Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth
Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our route accounting software and generate leads
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and activity reports using CRM software
Facilitate agreement renewals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
2 years work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar customer-facing role
Experience in the software industry, preferably in the route accounting or supply chain domain, is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs, propose solutions, and drive measurable results
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing customer relationships
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
