Position Summary Individual contributor that provides support to sales and sales management to ensure data is timely, accurate and effectively maintained.
Provides intercompany and customer support to facilitate processing of sales activities.
Prioritizes their time to ensure customer satisfaction and project execution excellence.
Core Responsibilities and Tasks • Supports multiple product lines and may support multiple divisions; validates and converts sales lead programs; maintains sales incentive stats, targeted campaigns and assists with specific business segment development • Executes highly complex tasks within a process or sub process ensuring that performance goals for that process are met; performs tasks in accordance with the performance metrics for that given process • Facilitates New Customer set-up; gathers and provides various forms for purpose of sale or account retentions (e.
g.
W9, COIs, etc.
); distributes customer communications following sale and install • Strong collaboration with customers and intercompany staff on dealing with issues; liaison between sales and business support/central function teams; enables support (i.
e.
troubleshooting) for Sales Process Specialists (Is and IIs); may coordinate supplies and coverage for sales road shows • Reviews, edits, organizes and maintains proposal-related documents on the EWT SharePoint site including requests for proposal, specifications and other supporting documentation for opportunities; generates proposals for existing customers and follows up based on direction of sales team; participates in the development and maintenance of proposal templates; prepares technical proposal documentation (constructs tables and charts), proofreads, formats and prepares final proposal documents for submittal, both in electronic format and hard copies • SAP part number support; supports account restamping for sales rep mapping; conducts order entry for various products; processes quotes in ERP system (e.
g.
SAP) and provides price and availability with established guidelines • Account manager support; ensures CRM and process data is accurate for reporting; runs periodic CRM opportunity tracking reports and other ad hoc reports as requested; maintains bid schedule and CRM data • Job package review, submission and tracking; supports and processes RMA requests; troubleshoots backlog orders • Other duties as assigned Position Requirements FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: • High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of applicable experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles OR Bachelor's degree with 1 year of applicable experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: • Strong communication skills • Intra-departmental communication for purpose of alignment/information sharing/guidance/leadership • Ability to execute tasks with high levels of autonomy; limited guidance required for complex tasks • Ability to collaborate with other disciplines • Ability to understand concepts in execution, broader organizational impact, and strong organization skills • Understanding of general business concepts • Expert User of standard Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including advanced Excel or other database functions • Advanced SAP fluency in relevant area of expertise (e.

, SD, CS, CM module) • Strong understanding of typical IT business tools; adept at learning new programs quickly (e.
