New Hire Bonus Program
·$700 – After 3 months
·$800 – After 6 months
·$1000 – After 1 year
For a total of $2500 from your start date!
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, includingsome weekends 2:00pm-10:30pm
Selected Candidate will be assigned as a CI Lead in Training, CI Lead I, or CI Lead II based on proven experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word
Must be able to proficiently use all CI tools and teach RCFA problem-solving work shops
Lead data collection and transformation analysis
Lead root cause problem solving efforts on key chronic losses for the process
Coach and develop teams by building problem solving skills within the process.
Effectively implement Centerline Management Systems
Strong planning/organizational skills and communication skills
Ability to understand and coach management systems including but not limited to CIL, CLM and 5S
Ability to understand and write WINs, SOPs and OPLs
High School Diploma/ GED required
Must be able read/write/speak in English
Be able to bend/twist/kneel
Be able to work standing/walking for at least 50% of their shift
