Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Michigan.
Previous experience as a CNA preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to travel to patients' homes.
Must pass a background check.
*Schedule:*
Typically 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Rotating every other weekend.

*Responsibilities:*
Provide direct patient care and assistance under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Administer medications accurately and as prescribed.
Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping tasks.
Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and their families.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities.
