Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant

We are a behavioral health agency treating addiction and started an MAT program in August 2021.
Our program is growing quickly, and we are looking for a part-time provider to join our team.
This position will require 20-30 hours per week, with some flexibility in scheduling.
Hours are typically Monday-Friday.
We are seeking a provider (NP or PA) to join our team in providing medication assisted treatment and medical services to our patients in our outpatient and inpatient programs.
Salary is based on a revenue share agreement with the organization.
Qualified candidates must hold a current NP or PA Michigan License.
Experience working with underserved, unsheltered, and patients with addiction preferred.
Experience with MAT medication management preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include: · Conduct history and physical examinations and developing treatment plans for new MAT clients and admissions to our inpatient residential treatment programs.
· Evaluate, examine, and provide treatment for acute and chronic issues, and minor injuries for residential patients until they can be evaluated by their PCP.
· Meet with MAT patients regularly to monitor progress, analyze drug screens and make medication adjustments.
· Provide medication injections for Buprenorphine and Naltrexone.
· Document patient care legibly and appropriately within medical standards of care.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $60.
