Open Position: Trauma Therapist

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 (+$2,000 for a Spanish/English bilingual skillset)
Hours: Full time
*Preparation:* Requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
Licensed in the State of Michigan to provide therapy interventions.
Individuals with a limited license will be considered with relevant experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
At least two years of clinical experience and a working knowledge of trauma-informed therapeutic services preferred.
An ideal candidate would be an experienced public speaker.
*Job Summary:* This role will have a specific focus on providing individual and group trauma-informed therapeutic interventions to children who have been exposed to domestic violence perpetrated by adults.
Additionally, provides individual and group trauma-informed interventions to adolescents and adults who have experienced intimate partner and/or sexual violence.
Requires ability to provide clinical assessment, establish rapport, safety plan, and provide trauma informed interventions.
Provides crisis intervention 4-8 hours a work week and serves as staff on call after hours about 4 weeks a year.
