FOGG is seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the complete and seamless transition of customer orders from FOGG sales team through the installation and FAT at the customer’s facility.
The Project Manager will serve as the liaison between the customer, Sales team, Service Team, and internal leaders.
The Project Managers responsibility is to ensure complete and accurate understanding of customer needs and expectations, while maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring on-time delivery of projects.
The Project Manager will report to the Director of Project Management.
Responsibilities include the following: Develops multiple detailed project schedule plans, with project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Oversees multiple project schedules, testing materials, onsite visits and design reviews with customers Supports customer and project team member needs throughout the “life-cycle” of projects Perform risk management to minimize assigned project risks Manage the relationship with customers and internal project stakeholders Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Report and escalate issues to management appropriately as needed Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of customer projects Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope while tracking the financial performance of the project Develop strong knowledge of company equipment and customers Establish and maintain relationships with customers and internal personnel Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Respond to project-related questions and feedback from customers and company personnel Who we’re looking for? 1-3 years experience in project planning / management Bachelors Degree in engineering discipline preferred.
Proficient mechanical aptitude ability Limited electrical aptitude ability Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relations with customers and company personnel Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, scheduling, and multi-tasking ability Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with Microsoft Project preferred Experience with AutoCAD preferred What’s in it for you?
