City of Zeeland Librarian I - Job Summary Supervised By: Technical Services and User Experience Manager Weekly Hours: Part Time (10 hours per week + 1 Saturday per month) Schedule: Monday – 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm Wednesday – 8:30 am – 12:30 pm Rotating Saturdays – 8:30 am – 3:00 pm (1 time per month) Extra shifts as needed Wage Scale: $14.

58 Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years or older Howard Miller Library is seeking a motivated individual with a dedication to serving others.
This is a great opportunity for someone who may not have previous library experience but has a deep desire to learn and interact with the public.
Good computer skills, attention to detail, flexibility and a team-oriented attitude are a must.
The current schedule includes one evening per week and 1 weekend shift per month.
Under the supervision of the Technical Services and User Experience Manager, the Librarian I will provide direct customer service and perform technical services tasks at the Howard Miller Library.
This position is also a substitute position with the expectation that you will pick up shifts for staff as needed and as your schedule allows.
