Driver's Training Instructor

Responsibilities: - Instructing student's in car driving skills - Create engaging and interactive learning experiences in the classroom - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment - Assess student progress and provide feedback on performance - Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to develop curriculum and instructional materials - Stay up-to-date with department of state instructor requirements Requirements: - Strong drive and passion for educating others - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Experience working with students or in adult education settings - Proficiency in classroom management techniques - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners \*\*NOTE: Driver's Training instructors must be certified through the State of Michigan.
Macatawa Driving School would help subsidies the required instructor prep certification class prior to your start date.
