Innocademy Zeeland is a small school with a family feel looking for talented teachers to guide students to develop the capacity, knowledge, and cultural competence to be actively engaged stewards in their communities and beyond.
We are a Y5 through 8th Grade Academy where teachers can be themselves and have a say in how the Academy operates by having teacher-led responsibility teams that cover varying topics from curriculum to family engagement.

How do we do this you might ask? By embracing innovation, small class sizes, integrated nature-based activities, and a balanced calendar.
*Description:*
* Assist classroom teacher with student needs
* Assist in implementing daily schedules, tracking student data, and providing behavioral supports to students
*Role:*
This is a split role between an academic/behavior paraprofessional and a bonus time of Sports Skills and Tournaments.
The academic/behavior role will be a flex role where there will be a best fit placement.
Depending on what is required, this role and caseload may change to best support our students.
The Sports Skills and Tournament role is a self-guided role.
During this time, it is more important to foster communication, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
General skills such as jumping, running, working with equipment, and other standards are encouraged, but not something to assess each student on.
Times will vary depending on how much time the teacher has allotted for recess.
*Qualifications: *Previous classroom experience preferred.

Monday through Friday 9a to 3p.
