Lakeshore Little People's Place, a Christian Childcare, is hiring School-Age Assistant Teachers at our Providence location.
Help us welcome and nurture School-Age children before and after they attend elementary school each day.
We provide daily activities, devotional/Bible time, snacks, outdoor time, and engaging child-led experiences.
Available shifts are:
* 6am-9am Monday-Friday, part-time 2-3 days/week is an option.
* 2pm-6pm Monday-Friday, part-time 2-3 days/week is an option.
* Working both shifts (a split-shift) is an option, and so is just the mornings or just the afternoons.
Positions can be flexible to work with your availability.
If full-time work is desired, we have hours available in other classrooms (Little Tots through Young 5s) and we can make something work for you.

Applicant must:
* Be at least 18 years of age and have strong references
* Complete a comprehensive background check including fingerprinting (employer paid)
* Provide employer with a negative TB test
* Promote a Christian, nurturing environment
* Be dedicated to a high quality, educational environment
* Build positive relationships with other LLPP employees, children and parents
* Supervise children, create a fun and safe classroom atmosphere, and plan an engaging daily activity for School-Age children
* Have reliable transportation to/from work.
