Joe and South Haven locations, open and closing shifts vary by location.
Team Members Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide consistent, high quality experience for our customers.
They are here to have fun.
● Communicate consistent safety and operational instructions to customers.
● Project a professional attitude at all times and present our brands in a positive, fun way.
● Completing open, shift change, pre-closing, closing and maintenance checklists as provided ● Monitor reservations and use booking software to book.
● Complete transactions ● Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about our business and products.
● Process rental transactions and follow procedures documented.
● Perform frequent equipment inspections, complete required daily maintenance checklists and perform light repairs to keep our bikes, carts and more in working order.
● Ongoing and frequent general and detailed cleaning of equipment and work areas as documented or instructed.
● Monitor weather and radar on certain days, and act accordingly or follow owner/manager instructions to ensure safe operation and protection of equipment and customers.
● Other related tasks and activities.
