POSITION SUMMARY:
Promote and enhance customer relations by projecting a positive image of the Bank, department, and self by providing excellent customer service.
Process transactions and pay out funds in accordance with bank procedures.
CSR will be required to consistently meet or exceed referral goals, have an excellent balancing record, and accomplish all CSR job duties in an exceptional manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Service
Perform and expedite, in an efficient and courteous manner, the teller servicing of transactions within the established policies and procedures.
Exhibit effective follow through and ownership in every customer transaction.
Answer basic customer account questions.
Promote good customer service experiences by consistently adhering to service level standards and demonstrating a willingness to help at all times.
Sales
Retain a current knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
Have a high desire to uncover additional customer needs and refer customers additional products and services as well as book appointments with desk staff.
Operations
Follow all policies and procedures to help the branch pass all audits.
Follow the policies and procedures of Macatawa Bank for proper balancing and cash handling to minimize loss exposure to the Bank.
Development
Continue to stay current on computer system updates.
Attend training sessions to further learn how to be successful in the CSR I Role.
