Required Abilities
Ability to professionally great visitors and answer phone calls
Very strong clerical skills and knowledge of office software systems
Maintain clean office space for the shop
Capable of working with many interruptions in a fast-paced environment
A demonstrated excellent attendance record
Able to operate independently - self motivated/take initiative
Able to sit for long periods of time
Able to endure autobody shop environment (dust particles, etc)
Responsibilities
Direct incoming calls
Provide exemplary customer service in in a friendly professional manner
Greeting visitor and directing where necessary
Perform daily data entry
Cleaning of office and other areas of the shop
All other responsibilities as assigned
Other Requirements
Prior reception experience 3+ years (required)
High School Diploma/GED (required)
Valid and clean Driver's License (required)
