*Job Description:*
· Need to respond in timely manner to customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, shipping, problem resolution and other service related issues.
· *The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to details and accuracy is essential*
Daily duties include working with Sales Manager, Customers, Independent Sales Reps and internal team members to address ordering, pricing, product specs and availability, shipping, repair/damages and other service related issues.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
* Work with and assist customers and sales reps with issues.
With product, freight companies, invoices, repair staff, etc.
Need to be timely, resourceful, use good judgment, and follow guidelines/ procedures to ensure resolution.
* Assist and support other members of staff as needed.
Skills Required:
* Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Multi-task, ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent phone and email manner, positive attitude and team player.
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
* Associates degree in business Administration or equivalent work experience a plus
* Minimum 3 years customer service in a manufacturing environment
* This is a 100% work on site position.
