*Responsibilities:*
1.
*On Call *: participating on on-call one day per week and one time per month.
Take phone calls, address issues and track phone calls ensuring accurate and timely communication to clients and caregivers.
2.
*Customer Communication*: Interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Address any questions or issues.
Grow a relationship with the clients, family members and case managers.
3.
*Retention Strategies:* Developing and implementing strategies to retain existing clients and caregivers such as incentives programs or personalized communication.
Strong communication skills along with implementing strategies to retain staff and clients.
4.
*Data Analysis*: Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention rates.
5.
*Problem Resolution*: Resolving client/caregiver and also agency complaints or issues effectively to maintain customer loyalty.
Problem solving ideas thinking outside the box.
6.
*Feedback Collection:* Gathering feedback to assess satisfaction levels and making necessary improvements.
7.
*Collaboration:* Working closely with scheduler, marketing, and management to enhance customer experience and retention efforts for current staff.
8.
*Documentation:* Maintaining detailed records of client/caregiver interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
9.
*Product Knowledge:* Staying informed about the company's services to provide accurate information to case managers/customers.
Also intake new clients and be able to assign to current staff.
10.
*Generating reports: *on customer retention metrics and presenting findings to management.

*Caregiver Training:* Providing training or guidance to new caregivers on clients care effectivetly also notes, axiscare.
12.
*Cross-selling and Upselling:* Identifying opportunities to promote additional products/services to existing clients or senior resources, life circles and PP.

*Skills:*
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or customer service experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Canva and also Axis Care
- Strong calendar management skills to schedule appointments effectively
- Familiarity with Google Suite for email, document creation, and collaboration
- Excellent clerical skills including data entry, filing, and proofreading
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
