Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
- Manage and prioritize multiple client accounts, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver solutions
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of services
- Is a reliable and consistent member of the team who is willing to work hard and tackle challenges, a problem solver.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with CRM is a plus but can be taught.
