Full-time am/pm position:
Be an integral member of the Guest Services Team at the luxurious Wickwood Inn.
At the Wickwood, members of the Guest Services Team are regularly recognized by name with praise from our appreciative guests.
As a key player on our Guest Services Team, you’ll welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out; confirm the property is guest-ready; answer phones; assist with food set-up and serving; mingle with guests during social hour; clean common areas; assist our Clean Team as necessary, and handle package deliveries.
We provide hands-on training, a friendly work atmosphere in beautifully designed surroundings, and competitive wages.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have during their stay
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with event management and coordination as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Experience in food service or events management is a plus
- Lifeguard certification is desirable
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems
- Must be at least 18 years old
