Demonstrates SoundOff Signal’s Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers.
Responsible for daily communication with international customers.
Provide necessary support to develop and achieve annual sales budgets and plans.
Provide direction and support to International Sales department.
Coordinate with Materials and purchasing and scheduling departments for international orders and work with Sales Reps for forecasting.
Work closely with the shipping department and assist with shipments with regards to rules and regulations pertaining to international shipments.
Support the International team internal and external as needed.
International order entry as a primary function as well as domestic order entry when time permits and as needed.
International invoicing.
Attention to detail with minimal errors.
Customer Service support for international, domestic and tech services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer and inter-personal skills.
Microsoft Office Suite Programs.
Sales Force/8x8/Teams experience helpful.
Knowledge of Inco Terms, Certificates of Origin, country specific international shipping documents helpful.
Freight terms –Knows or has the ability to learn rules and regulations for international shipment documents for various countries.
Understand the International exchange rates.
Ability to adapt to department and company changes and adjust with current job responsibilities.
Use all company resources and research to answer customer questions and issues accurately.
Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Basic understanding of international business, order and shipping process as well as requirements for handling international business.
Bilingual-Spanish preferred.
Mostly office environment including:
Able to stand and sit for various length of time.
Light Manufacturing Environment
Little to Medium noise level
Moderate temperature ranges
Able to bend/twist and reach a limited amount of time.
Opportunity to work hybrid schedule.
Associate degree in business or marketing field or 3 years Sales and or customer service experience.
Bilingual-Spanish preferred.
Manufacturing experience helpful.
Technical experience helpful.
Branded product experience helpful.
Sales Force and ERP experience helpful
Able to perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.
