CSR/Inside Sales

*Hamilton Eggs* is looking to add a member to our team to help with internal customer service and general inside sales duties at our office in Hamilton, MI.
*Position Requirements:* * A basic understanding of the sales and customer service process, with experience showing the ability to provide service exceeding customer expectations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Professional attitude * Ability to multi-task * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook *Position Responsibilities:* * Perform general office tasks related to customer order fulfillment and ensuring customer satisfaction * Act as a partner to the sales staff to help cover for travel and vacation time * Create and maintain documentation as required * Submit periodic reports as needed * Cross-train with Sales and Customer Service to provide vacation relief * Perform other related duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Education: * Associate (Preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
