As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

```Duties``` - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide information about products and services - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner ```Skills``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus!) - Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in data entry with high accuracy - Sales experience is preferred but not required - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy -MI P&C Insurance License is required for this roll, or individual must be willing to obtain license immediately upon hire, which we reimburse expenses.
