Guest Service Representative

*Job Description* * Ensure 100% satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the School until they leave.
Serve as the main point of contact for all guest's requests/needs and then pursue the issue to a resolution.
The Front Desk Support Staff must exhibit courteous hospitality and be proactive in every area.
* Duties will include checking guests into and out of the School, fulfilling their requests during their time in the academy, answering telephone inquiries, setting appointments, and other duties as assigned.
Must have a pleasant attitude and excellent demeanor.
Must work well under pressure.
Schedule flexibility is necessary.
*Responsible* * Follow the School policies and procedures * Attend staff meetings when directed * Opening, closing, and balancing cash drawer * Retrieve phone messages * Schedule appointments for guests and students * Confirmation calls daily * Teaching students proper guest handling procedures * Responsible for keeping the reception area clean at all times * Dust retail shelves * Keep desk and surrounding area free of clutter and trash * Assist when needed with the inventory process * Meeting monthly performance sales and service goals * Attend Sales and Training events when directed * Coach students * Regular student and guest interaction Preferred Experience * Customer Service * Dependable *Work Schedule* * Reports to the Lead Educator or Operations Director * Part-time position – hourly Job Type: Part-time Pay: $10.
