Call Center Associate

*We are a fast-paced production office located in South Haven MI that provides background investigations to nuclear plants across the US.
Multiple positions are available.
Must be available for overtime hours (as required) including Saturday.
Applicants must be well organized, possess basic computer skills, and be able to pass a background investigation.
* *Job Description* *Associate:* Must be able to manage large amounts of inbound & outbound calls in a professional business manner.
Individuals should focus on their own tasks while still being aware of their other co-workers and assisting them as needed.
Must be able to research required information using available resources and clearly document information in accordance with strict nuclear guidelines.
*Requirements/Skills* * Must meet requirements of a background investigation.
* High School Diploma / GED.
* Legible handwriting.
* Must love cats * Highly organized * Basic computer knowledge.
* Available for mandatory overtime (as required) * Other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.
