* Offer assistance in tracking order status, providing shipment information, and managing delivery schedules.

*Customer Relationship Management:* * Establish and nurture robust customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
* Proactively attend to customer concerns and inquiries to elevate overall satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments to promptly address and resolve customer issues.
*Retention Strategies:* * Execute plans to retain and expand customer accounts.
* Recognize opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to increase customer value.
*Data Management:* * Precisely record and maintain customer information in the database.
* Employ CRM tools to monitor customer interactions, track trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
*Qualifications:* * Demonstrated expertise in a customer service position, ideally within a dynamic setting.

*Education & Experience:* * Completion of high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.

*Working Conditions:* * The primary work hours for this position are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, at our Zeeland location.
Regular office hours are a fundamental aspect of the role, with occasional flexibility based on business needs.
* Occasional overtime may be necessary during peak seasons for this role.
