Seasonal Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist
Diemer Accounting & Tax Services, Inc.
in Holland is seeking a seasonal part-time Front Desk Receptionist to help during the busy tax season (January to April 16, 2020).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Answering of multi-line telephone system
* Making phone calls and sending emails/preparing written correspondence
* Scheduling appointments
* Greeting clientele at the front desk
* Processing customer payments
* Filing and pulling client files
* Copying items for clients and/or tax preparers
* Some light cleaning as needed of front office area
This position requires:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong emphasis on Outlook, Excel & Word
* Working knowledge of QuickBooks
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* High level of confidentiality
* Ability to handle fast paced and high volume during tax season
Prior office/customer service experience a plus but not required.
Additional duties dependent upon experience.
This position is part-time, 20-25 hours a week.
Two weekday shifts may be available, but evening shifts (4:00 p.
m.
to 8:00 p.
m.
weekdays) and Saturdays (8:00 a.
m.
to 5:00 p.
m.
) should be expected.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $13.
00 - $15.
00 per hour
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Night shift
* Weekends as needed
Education:
* High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
* Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
* Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
