Are you a detailed oriented, data driven individual who is organized and likes to drive project completions? Then we have the opportunity for you! WestRock is looking for a Multi-Site Maintenance Administrator to support our Allegan and Holland, MI locations.
Pay is cumulative with experience.
Role is not eligible for Sponsorship.
Career Opportunity: Assist the maintenance department manager by providing administrative assistance.
Support maintenance workflow.
.
Role Responsibilities: Maintains daily work order spreadsheets.
Logs incoming materials and machine parts into inventory control software system.
Organize incoming parts.
Updates inventory control software with parts used and ensures purchasing reorders low items.
Maintains Preventative Maintenance software system, logs information and aids in scheduling work due.
Assists other Westrock facilities with maintenance software selection and implementation.
Assists in the development of the PM program Assists with contractor pricing reviews and scheduling Tracks direct purchases (field PO’s) and collects receipts.
Maintains department metrics – KPI’s including safety data and work order tracking.
Schedules and prepares agenda for department meetings.
Sets department meetings and appointments.
Answers phones, sorts and distributes mail.
Maintains department communications.
Facilitates department workflow – occasionally dispatching emergency repairs.
Works with other facility staff to complete special assignments as needed-for example, researching PM software, writing an evacuation plan, etc.
Performs other job duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed: Two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
General knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to prioritize work to meet production needs.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend complex instructions, correspondences and memos.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
Personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and able to learn CMMS software.
Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including, but not limited to telephone communications, office systems, and record keeping.
Ability to answer the telephone and provide information/assistance to customers.
Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors.
Must be able to function with minimal supervision and use independent judgment to achieve assigned objectives.
