Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly analysis of operating results, emphasizing manufacturing cost elements.
Manage various aspects of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting processes.
Develop short-range financial forecasts and plans tailored to manufacturing targets.
Track and analyze plant expenses, particularly in the context of manufacturing budgets.
Drive improvements in financial models, supporting new manufacturing initiatives.
Contribute to cross-functional process improvement teams, particularly those impacting manufacturing efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of progressive operational finance experience, ideally with exposure to manufacturing.
Strong understanding of manufacturing costing and accounting principles.
Proficiency in inventory processes, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Experience with financial audits and controls related to manufacturing is a significant asset.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
